Retreat. Restore. Rebalance
We work with the elements to restore balance to body and mind—to soften, to ground, to remember the rhythms that are already within us.
Earth.
We step off the path and into stillness. The air is warm, carrying the scent of salt and soil. Sand shifts beneath bare feet, cool in the shade, sun-warmed where the light reaches it. A bowl of root vegetables, steam rising from herbal tea, hands passing food slowly around a shared table. The body begins to settle. The mind follows.
We arrive carrying the pace of another place. Here, we return to the ground beneath us.

couples and singles welcome but there are only 3 beds queen and king size beds open, that is a maximum of six people and singles have a possibility of sharing a room with two full size beds.
