Hello Everyone,

As we wind down the heat of summer and move towards the crisper mornings of autumn I bring a host of newness to your lives. Take what serves your wellbeing and growth and leave the rest. I am on the heels of our first Artemis table retreats in Italy and have humbly learned a lot and yes I am going to do another one. Next year, in the fall on the coast of Tuscany, a small town near the beach of Maremma, a villa at the sea but cool mornings, warm afternoons, perfect for the saltwater pool, or beach, and evening fires. We will go to the thermal healing waters of Saturnia and spend long days in movement, stillness and culinary delight.

Samadhi in the Kitchen is my memoir told through the lens of cooking and it comes out this September and will be available on Amazon, in local bookstores and on my website.

This fall I will be teaching with my teacher in Montana, Philly and bringing in more modalities of Thai medicine into my own practice after that.

I spend my time between the gulf coast of Florida, and Philadelphia always expanding and offering.

This winter sees the first local retreat bringing those from the Northern states to the wild of Florida, introducing a pause to the busy. See more details for all these things below.
