Thai bodywork and Holotropic breathwork

Service Description

Thai bodywork is often called lazy man's yoga, less a massage it is  an energetic balancing of the chakras and elements of water and wood and fire in the body in a hands on manipulation of the muscles and ligaments. Holotropic breathwork or circular breath liberates stuck energy throughout the body and mind, by utilizing the breath we calm the mind and can journey within to deep meditation, releasing and resetting the nervous system before the hands on experience of the bodywork begins.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before the time and date of service will be charged at a rate of 50% and no shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. It is at the discretion of the practitioner to accept and alter this agreement on a case by case basis. If client reschedules within a week of the original service date 25% will be applied to the new session.
